Hydradry reached out to me within minutes after contacting my insurance company about water damage. Jack, from Hydradry was a great pleasure to work with. He arrived and took count of all the affected areas and set expectations that included the work that was set to be completed and provided a timeline for how many days they would be on site. The staff that arrived to perform the work were very cordial and carefully secured furniture and other items so that they would not be affected by their work. They informed us of the areas that were off limits so that we would remain safe and helped us have access to items necessary to care for our children. All in all, I was very satisfied with the work they completed.

Hands down, HydraDry has been a wonderful service to use. They have made everything easy. I’m glad my insurance company reached out to them. Jess and Jack were quick and efficient with getting to humidifiers and drying equipment set up. They monitored the process frequently. Andres and the clean up crew were professional, quick, careful, and clean. They treated my home with respect and cleaned up the debris. They made the tear out process easy. Overall this company reduced my stress by handling everything. They worked with my insurance company. Everyone from top to bottom was amazing and professional. The office people, service tech, demo crew communicated next steps. They were all amazing.

Our insurance contracted Hydradry after a kitchen drain leak cause some major damage and every time we were in contact with them or a team was at the house they were amazing, professional and courteous. They have been a blessing packing our messy house and bringing everything back after the repairs. I can’t recommend them enough. The team with Leslie and David that came last to pack us back in was so quick and every single person was nice and smiling and just a pleasure. They got our things back in and as always, arrived on time, finished early and were so professional. Highly recommend!!
