I will never call this company again. When we called the first time, everything seemed great. Diligent staff and helped us with the irrigation system. But then the next year we realized that they knew how bad the system was, and they keep suggesting fixes to the system. I called to get two area fixed, and they will show up to work on only one area. Then arrive another day for the next. You know what that means? Another charge for traveling to your home. Then this year they mentioned the system needs replacement. Today I missed a home appointment and they want to charge for the visit and service that was not done. Guess what? My husband was inside the house and no one touched the doorbell. But we will get another bill.

Craig was fantastic - he changed out almost all our heads after our pump was fixed and was putting out a lot more pressure to them. He also gave us a few tips on watering while he worked. He was quick, professional, and friendly. We have always had great service from Hydro Pro and would highly recommend them!

Carlos and Lee just left my home. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. In an hour, they replaced a leaking part at the control module, and repaired, re-aimed all sprinkler heads! They are very friendly and really care about the quality of the work! I could not be happier!! Highly recommend!!

I don't listen to bad reviews I only go for actual facts. The staff at hydro-pro are very friendly so is the owners... They installed the system on the time promise and is working fabulous I have not had any issues with it at all, I will totally recommend them.....

Short: Cons: Our experience with this company has been repeatedly awful. Their customer service is rude, denying mistakes that they made and blaming us. Giving conflicting information regularly. They have been late for service. They double charged for the same job, two different prices for the same project. They made mistakes and then charged us again for them to come and fix the mistakes they had made. Pro: one scheduler was polite and helpful. Service technicians we competent. Long: I called Hydro Pro to make an appointment to service a client. They gave me a date that was a Sunday, so I turned to my colleagues to ask if anyone could be there.
