Dalton, and his team did an exceptional job with replacing my double Joist and installing the CMU pier in my crawl space. He updated me with the progress of the project and checked and double checked to reassure that everything was excellent. Dalton did a final walk through with me in the areas that were worked on to ensure that I was satisfied with the work that was done. I can say that i am pleased with everything that him and his team has done for my home. I love that the gaps in my walls are gone and my floors are leveled and supported. The spots in my floor that I was afraid to walk over before, now i can say that i can walk over them with confidence. I look forward to working with Hydrohelp911 in the future. 😊

After getting 2 estimates from two other companies, I decided to get a third opinion and called hydrohelp911. Best decision I made! Not only were they more affordable, but they found an issue that the others either ignored, or missed. They went above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable and being a restaurant owner, I was unavailable during the day and they worked around my schedule and work late hours to convenience me. Fantastic job all around. From the front office, to my estimate Michael and to the foreman Jeromy and his crew! Super nice to work with. They made me feel like family and goes a long way with me. Jeremy, John and Dakota did an amazing job with the install. Efficient and done well, the crawlspace and sump pump looks great. Helene had started some damage to my crawlspace and I wanted to do something before it got bad. Hydrohelp was amazing start to finish. Miles came out to spec the job, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked through the different aspects of the job. He answered all the questions I had. And the crew that came out (Jeremy, John and Dakota) had it all done in a couple of days. Went down to take a look and it was amazing, looked like a whole new space. They also had to dig through a bit of landscaping for the exit well on the sump pump but they put it all back together flawlessly!

HydroHelp911 exceeded our expectations! Jeremiah, the foreman, and his crew were wonderful! They have completely made such an improvement to our air quality and lives. It’s only been a few days since they completed the job and the difference in our home is night and day better. Dust is less, mold and earth smell is gone, humidity levels are stable. The temperature in our house is even. They worked quietly and efficiently and left no mess. They were so nice and addressed our concerns. They even made sure our new dog didn’t escape out of our fence. Such great quality work! Justus was our salesperson and he went above and beyond to answer our questions - and even went out of his way to come back to our house to walk through before work began. We couldn’t be happier!
