My dryer went out last night and I called Kris this morning on the way home from dropping my kids off at preschool. He had a cancellation and was able to meet me at my house within 15 minutes of my call. Within an hour he had my dryer back up and running. He was kind and professional and made sure I was happy with the service before he left. Would use him 10x over for any appliance repairs!

Great experience with K1. Our garage refrigerator stopped working and they came out the next day to look at it. The part had to be ordered so it took a week, but completely understandable. Excellent communication with the tech, he made sure to explain what was wrong, and what to expect next. Super nice guy too. Would definitely call this company again if needed in the future.

Kris was amazing and we will definitely call him again! Our oven went out a few days before Thanksgiving and I called him that evening, he was here the next day and fixed it perfectly! He is great at communicating, friendly and does what he says he's going to do. I highly recommend him.
