Needed a part, Oatey shower drain, per my contractor. He sent me here and I was very grateful for the assistance from Diego R.! It was a Friday afternoon, inventory closure on Saturday, and I had to get the part quickly for my bathroom renovation. Thank you, Diego! What a great place, service and professionalism.

Diego went above and beyond to help me, he is extremely knowledgeable about all the plumbing needs I had, most of all, he was pleasant, patient and displayed true professionalism. Not sure who Jennifer is supposed to be, but she needs some training on how to speak to other human beings in a reasonable manner instead of sounding absolutely miserable. Tell her to find some source of joy in her life, because clearly there is none. Thank Jennifer for this review! :)

NEVER in my life, if I could give this Company a ZERO rating I would! I placed an order in September PAID IN FULL that was due to come in within a "few weeks" well here I am mid November - 2 of the 4 items ordered came in. I was told 2 weeks ago 1 of the 2 items would be in within the week the other would not be in until after the new year - well that 1 item that was due in within a week STILL has NOT come in! No one answers the phone, good luck getting any help! They have ZERO inventory in stock. Hydrologics was bought out by WinnSupply a HUGE Corporation that has its hands in everything!!! RUN...RUN...RUN DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Unfortunately they do not have negative stars or else I would have chosen that. We recently went in to purchase a water SOFTENER. However, they sold us a water conditioner system. When we went in to tell them it wasn’t softening the water, the very rude manager Greg, told us we purchased the wrong system. The salesman sold us the wrong system and they refuse to take it back to sell us the correct system we asked for. (This isn’t Home Depot where I went and bought the wrong item off the shelf, this is the system they sold us.) I am currently taking this as far up the ladder as I have to to get the right system and the $$$ difference. The manager was rude and belittling. Totally unprofessional. I’m disgusted with this whole situation. I rarely write reviews but I feel I need to warn the publ
