Would give these guys zero stars if I could. Will tell the same to my neighbors, friends, and family. Spoke to someone named Charlie who lacked basic customer service skills and common courtesy. The facts are I simply called to pay over the phone for an order that my plumber placed for a total of $600. I didn't know what were the big ticket items so simply and courteously asked what the items were, as I just wanted to know. Charlie's response to me was I do not have time to go over the items with you and if you don't trust your plumber that's your problem. Additionally, stated that answering my question is a huge waste of his time. I was shocked by his rudeness and utter disregard for a simple question from a customer about the items that I'm paying for. These guys lack basic courtesy a

Absolutely amazing service. They walked me thru what part I needed and handled the warranty part. Then, he actually called me the next day to make sure we had hot water knowing I had my wife and daughter in the house. Just incredible
