Hynes Auditorium Garage (Pilgrim Parking)

Parking attendants are extremely rude. I paid in the lobby and then went to my car to leave. Scanned the ticket and it beeped like it normally does but the gate didn’t open. Then I was yelled at for throwing my ticket away even tho it was already scanned. I showed the two tried attendants the credit card receipt for the $44 and they did not care. They threatened to not let me leave because I threw the ticket away in their trash after I already scanned it. I was harassed for almost 30 minutes before they let me leave. They finally let me leave after I threatened to call the police to let me out as they were taking pictures and videos along myself and car. Avoid parking here at all costs!

We parked here for a Red Sox game last week. The price was much better than the lots next to Fenway Park. We had a nice 10 minute walk and were there. The garage was busy but it was clean and easy to navigate. Some of the garages in town are so narrow that it’s crazy. This one was not. Person at the exit gate was very friendly.

Parking went smooth, attender did helped with getting the discount. Was very near to all eateries..

Card machines do not recognize modern metal credit cards. Employees unhelpful - “use a plastic card.” Place looks like it is falling apart. Good early bird pricing but that’s about all this garage has going for it.

Pricey. Attendant was useless. No help when I needed a jump start. Had to figure it out on my own.
