Was supposed to get carpet installed this morning at 9:30am. They called a few days ago yo confirm. I had to take everything out of the room last night. It's now about noon and they still haven't arrived. Called the company and of course, no answer. No option to reach a dispatcher or driver. WTH, not OK!!!!!! I have no idea what to do...this is my kids room and all their beds are taking apart and in the living room. Horrible service! Look elsewhere for flooring!!!
