We have worked with iRemodel & Design on multiple projects during the 2021 – 2025 period. The projects comprised of remodeling the entire main floor of the house to include the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, carpeting, lighting and painting. The following year they remodeled the Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom and painted the Master and a Guest bedroom. Then in 2025 it was time for the basement and iRemodel transformed the bathroom, finished carpeting the floor and painted the entire area. I can’t say enough great things about I remodel & Design! From start to finish, they were incredibly punctual, professional, and friendly. They worked with us for over 9 months on a complete home renovation, transforming our entire house to exactly what we wanted. They did everything from LVP flooring, painting the exterior/interior, fully renovated three bathrooms, building a master closet, moving our laundry room to the second floor, removing stairs, a complete kitchen renovation, plus many many maaaaaany extras. They practically rebuilt our home, and it feels like they became part of our family. Tim and his team were great, communicating with us clearly through the entire planning and execution. Our waterfall came out as a piece of art with all the grains lining up and invisible seams. The kitchen is oversized for the small home we have, and I knew getting all the large slabs up to the kitchen area would be a challenge, but his team tackled it with excellent teamwork and professionalism. Our kitchen remodeling project was recently finished by i Remodel & Design. The entire project was extensive....from raising floors to removing a load-bearing back wall to completely demolishing, expanding and replacing our old kitchen and deck. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with both the building process and the final product. Tim, Esin and the Mendez building team were great to work with...from start to finish. In addition to completing our extensive project with no cost overruns, they also were always on time (early morning start times) and they were meticulous in their building process. For sure, we will use them again with additional renovations in our home.

Having done many renovations IR&D was one of the best we've ever used. From the moment we walked into their beautiful, well thought out showroom and was greeted by Sam we were impressed. After obtaining three different bids for our bathroom remodels (3) we were very pleased they stood out. We chose them for their professionalism, attention to detail, competitive pricing and suggestions. Tim is excellent at listening and providing excellent customer service as is Sam. We had a special design request for our vanity tower, Tim and Sam listened and designed an amazing "Vanity Garage" using Wellborn Cabinets!!
