While prices are decent and technician was nice, service seems overrated and too good to be true based on ratings. My couch had been professionally cleaned less than a year ago and was in normal, lived-in condition at worst. My couch had primarily light jean transfer — nothing extreme or unusual. I understand that stain removal can’t be guaranteed, but there was no indication that any specialized treatment or extra effort was even attempted. Simply running a basic clean over the couch and calling it a day is not acceptable. My couch was still pretty filthy after they were done. When challenged they are quick to offer a redo (as seen in past reviews) but you must delete any negative reviews in exchange or agree to no chargebacks. Buyer beware.

I had a wonderful experience with I-Steamers from start to finish. I first contacted the company on Friday afternoon and they replied within the hour. The process of scheduling the appointment and determining the price—which was very fair & reasonable was easy. The gentleman showed up to my place on Sunday—on time and completed the job in no time. He was very professional and he brought my sofa back to life. I am extremely pleased with the job. I would definitely recommend I-Steamers and I will use them again.
