IBS Septic & Drain Service

Every single person I spoke with at IBS was incredible. Very kind and helpful. My issue ended up being a clogged main line and through this we ended up pumping my septic and snaking the line. Two different, fantastic gentlemen helped me out, Ed and Craig. Both were wonderful and between their respectfulness, kindness, and quick response times, I can not recommend IBS enough. I will certainly be calling them again if I have any future needs.

Worst company to get.got charged over 300$ for them to no pump my tank and walk around my back yard. Will be contacting the state the bbb and a few other highly do not recommend this company.

Not only do they do great work! I walked outside to my wife stuck in the snow at the end of the driveway, two guys from IBS already out there, then more of the IBS team showed up and got us out! Thank you guys so much!

My main line was clogged at my house in Glens Falls. The office staff was great. Very responsive, yet not trying to up-sell as I found at other companies. The techs showed up and cleared the block in a short amount of time. Everyone was polite and provided great service. Charges were very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.
