Irfan and team are exceptional at what they do. I had purchased my property and the inspector found a damaged water main in the basement which needed to be replaced immediately. They came and explained what the issue was and promptly took care of it at a reasonable price. I have used them again for many plumbing issues; replacing thermostats, water heaters, tune ups, repairs, as my property is over 125 years old. On one instance I was trying to find the best solution to redo my bathroom in a cost effective manner and they provided me a solution to do that, even if it meant no work for them. They fixed the issue, cleaned up after themselves, were very kind, and triple checked everything they did. I was super grateful for their help. In the span of three weeks between late November and now (12/17/24), I encountered two unrelated home issues. The first was a heating problem that surfaced the week of Thanksgiving: while the second floor of my home was warm, the first floor remained cold. I highly recommend I&C Mechanical. I needed to replace my electric tank water heater which started leaking on Juneteenth. They were able to come the next day and replace it that same day. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. All in all, outstanding professionals and first-rate customer service. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I called the company this morning for a replacement AC condensate pump that caused a leak. Owner said they were able to come out on the same day and not only that, but they arrived on time. Their work was thorough and the owner was able to explain to me some issues that I may encounter in the future with my AC unit. And before leaving, they made sure they cleaned up everything.
