GO WITH ICAS!! My roof is beautiful. You won’t regret it. Joey was my guy. He made sure the process was smooth, simple to understand, and properly done. He was ALWAYS there even through the insurance inspection. ICAS took care of my roof and inside damages to perfection. This entire team from the office young lady to the roofing crew was absolutely awesome and on point. Two days and all was done and cleaned up. Nails and all just gone like they were never there lol Any questions or concern I had they answered and was able to explain. ICAS Storm Restoration team replaced my roof last week - and the new roof looks amazing!! Gus initially walked me thru their process in the beginning and routinely kept me posted with progress updates throughout the project. I met with Pedro prior to selecting ICAS and he addressed my specific concerns relative to the repair/reroof around and uder the AC unit located on my flat roof. Hector and his team were very prompt and courteous every day they were on site (arriving before dawn & leaving after dark 4 days in a row). Their strong work ethic and daily cleanup efforts were also very much appreciated. Pedro and his team are amazing. They explained and helped me through out the process of getting my roof replaced due to damage and age. Even helped me with color options since I felt unsure of what to get. Very professional and would recommend them to everyone!!!
