Our dishwasher started throwing error codes after only having it for over a year (just outside warranty window). We replaced a valve ourselves but it didnt fix the problem. We called Ice Age and set up a service call. Anatoliy sent a text before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was very polite and communicative. Our dishwasher was fixed and the repair was under $100, which was a big win for me! Highly recommend. Ice Age was quick, easy, convenient, & cost effective.

We received the excellent service from Ice Age Home Appliance Repair. Our refrigerator was not making ice properly, was continuously getting plugged in with big lumps, etc. They adjusted the internal valve, changed some settings - and everything got to be perfect! No any replacements were needed and their charge was very minimal. So, great honest, professional and friendly service - thank you very much! Highly recommended.

Had an amazing experience with this company! We had issues with two units — they fixed the first one right away and got the second one done within just two days after the part arrived. Had communication issues, replacement part was newer revision and buttons were all different. Had to take a picture of old part, print it, and scotch tape it over old buttons to know which cycle I was choosing. Anatolly was polite and courteous but this repair cost over 450 for a $900 dishwasher. Two trips out, the first of which i was charged $97 for him to walk in, take a picture of dead panel, and leave. He was in my house 5 minutes. Office never called afterwards and didnt answer email, I had to call them again to get them to come out. huge delay with trouble contacting company over a month all while hand washing dishes

My dryer stopped drying clothes properly. I contacted these guys, they came, diagnosed my dryer, and fixed it. Now it works like new. Thank you.
