He came out twice for us — once to check our air conditioning and once for our heater — and both times he was incredibly thorough and honest. He explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell or create a problem that wasn’t there. We truly appreciate his professionalism and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
Icee Hot’s technician was professional and friendly. He came over and resolved our issue with the AC not starting very quickly. I’ll definitely be calling them out the next time I need service.
