I am extremely disappointed as as a tenant of a property you just completed, my tarpe has been taken twice- which was used for my outside furniture it was taken and the second one purchased was taken again just yesterday, satellite damaged, cameras, damaged heat with central air was not working for two weeks. Out of pocket cost has not been replaced and it is about to rain and if my furniture is ruined you will be replacing. Never ever dealt with a company so unprofessional. Response is tarpes we have plenty- then why you keep taking ours and give me my money for the first and second one you took along with replacing our satellite and we have not even checked on the cost of our cameras.
