I had an exceptional experience with IcI mechanical during the middle of the hot summer. They were professional and efficient, arriving the same day I called and quick diagnosing the issue. They had my air conditioning unit up and running in no time, which was a huge relief since I run a beauty shop. Their prompt service ensured my clients stayed comfortable. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of reliable and fast service.

The tech came out, within 5 minutes found problem, a burnt wire. Cut off wire, connected and it started working. He let it run awhile seemed to be OK. I mentioned I wanted to gas our gas lines hooked up for our logs and new stove. He said we do that. So I asked if he could give an estimate. He measured the pipes and told me around $2,500. I told him I'd have to wait a bit. They called back the next day and said the estimate would be around$2,000. I got my bill it was $228.58 for repair and spending time on the gas estimate. Apparently they charge for estimates. I do not recommend them...

Absolute best in the business. Highly recommend. Used them dozens of times and never disappoint.
