My brother and I reached out to IClean Eco about a birthday gift for my Mom. She's a caregiver for my increasingly less mobile father, which means there's a lot that gets in the way of keeping house. But she's always prided herself on that so it's been stressful. IClean Eco was super easy to work with in setting up a dynamic gift certificate that could pay for a full clean within a set range and working with us for payment but my Mom for scheduling. Used lidia and her team to clean my windows exteriors and interiors and they did a great job! They were hanging outside on the roof cleaning the upstairs windows which impressed me. I appreciate that they were on time and worked in the heat. The windows look so much cleaner now. Thanks lidia!

I wish I never went with Lidia and her team. In the beginning, Lidia was very responsive and accommodating with plenty of scheduling options. However, this doesn't excuse the poor experience and work. I requested a construction cleaning / new home move-in cleaning for my new build home that I was moving into early August. I was out of town, so we left a key out for her team so they could start between 6-7 am. When my wife arrived around 9am or so, she called me saying she couldn't tell what areas were done because they were still dirty. My wife asked one of the cleaners, and when they directed her to the master bedroom, she found the window sills were still dirty; the kitchen counters were dirty; the baseboards were dirty; and the bathtub was dirty!
