Josh is amazing! My mom was in the hospital at Christmas and I was staying at her house to help her and her heat went out. It was freezing! Josh went out of his way to fix it for us. I've never met such an honest and kind person! I HIGHLY recommend ICM Mechanical!!! You can 100% trust them!

Josh came out and really did a thorough inspection on my air conditioner and furnace. He diagnosed the issue and gave me some options and recommendation. The quote was great. Hoping to get to the next steps.

Working with ICM mechanical has really been outstanding. Josh is really a pleasure to work with. Our AC suddenly stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. ICM was recommended highly by several of my neighbors. After a quick call, Josh was able to come out the same day and diagnose the issue. He handled the warranty process on our unit and prices were more than fair. A+ communication throughout the whole process. He was very trustworthy and is going to be on speed dial should any other HVAC issues arise.
