We recently had a refrigerator leak that cause damage to our kitchen floor, pantry wall and even a cabinet. The service master team was responsive, courteous and did their best to dry the impacted areas. Not everything could be dried so they did a nice job carefully removing a 4 foot base cabinet. Robert was great to work with. He was communicative, responsive and professional with his and his teams interaction. Dealing with insurance is never fun but it was helpful to have a top notch remediation company remediating the damage. While I hope we never have the opportunity to engage with Servixe Masters again if we needed to I’d do business with them again!

Came home from vacation with a water leak in my roof which resulted in significant damage in the house. Service Master came out the very next day and have been working extremely hard to get my home ready for all the repairs. Rob, Sam, Caleb, and James have all been wonderful to work with and worked very well with my insurance company. I get daily calls on the plans for the day so I know what to expect. They’ve been sensitive to the situation and my concerns. Thank you for your outstanding service!

We had leaks and water damages on walls, ServiceMaster sent 2 gentlemen Robert and Sam to take down damaged area, we approached their professionalism and knowledge very much. They did not waste anytime. I’d like to give 5 stars to Service Master, my house was flooded last week, they came on time right away, professional service made the whole process easy, dry my house and pack things in the right way, minimize the lost and arrange them to storage, manager Robert did a great job in charge of everything, also his team Sam, James and Andrew all very helpful, they did there best to my house, I highly recommend it. Greatly appreciate all the hard works for my property, great team!

Rob and his team (Andrew and Samuel) worked quickly and efficiently to mitigate the water damage. They were kind, responsible, and informative when working with them. I felt safe having them in our home! Rob, was extremely helpful and kind! James, worked closely with our insurance adjuster and helped to make for a smoother process overall!
