I've parked here 2 days in row and the manager's attitude seemed to be off. He was yelling and screaming at his employees and driving down all cars recklessly. I'm sure he drove my car the same way. I'd decided to ignore it at the moment. This is such a convenient location to park and it's a shame that in this day and age we have to endure such low levels of service.

It is new year eve night and the company has only one employee as staff working 30min wait to retrieve your car after a night out. Y'all resolution should be to do better in this new year

I parked there yesterday. Its valet parking (as far as I know thats mandatory), TIPS ARE NORMAL, I got there before a few others and those people got there cars before me. I don’t touch my rear view, camera was already off, but for some reason theres fingerprints on the rear view, and my drivers side mirror was adjusted. Its part of a upper-class parking culture. NEVER EVER AGAIN TO PARK HERE!!!! The person Marco is terrible, incredibly arrogant, disrespectful. Worst of all, asking for price whenever, however he sees fit. We stay in the hotel for 2 nights, and for convince park here. Having a tesla, we asked if charging is possible. First day stuff told us it is 20 dollars for the whole stay, since the charge is incredibly slow. We parked for couple of hours and drive out for dinner and come back. The next day morning I drive off for business and when I came back, Mario said, you pay 60 dollars, because you will be charging the 3rd time. I said This is not what has been communicated before. He said I don't care, this is what you pay. I speak with Hotel staff, they told me the new policy is 20 dollar for every 24 hours. Which again is not what Mario

Pricey option for parking but the convenience may be worth it - only a 5 min walk from the Tea Party and Children's Museums. Pull past the IHG hotel entrance and head down the ramp, then a valet will take your keys. Spots can be reserved ahead of time on SpotHero. Take the elevator to the lobby, take a left past the bar, and exit the rear of the building and you'll see the Charles Bridge and museums on the right across the harbor.
