DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE . THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN . THE PARKING ATTENDANT SCREAMED AT ME . TOLD ME MY CAR WAS TOO BIG TO FIT , WHEN HE BROUGHT THE CAR IN THE GARAGE HIMSELF ,THE CAR FIT ,, NO APOLOGY GIVEN , INSTEAD HE PROCEEDED TO SCOLD ME ABOUT RETURNING THE CAR ONTIME OR THEY WOULD LOCK THE GARAGE AND I WOULD HAVE TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP.. PEOPLE LIKE THIS DONT BELONG IN THIS BUSINESS …

Tried to make a reservation online but it wasn’t working. I called the location and the employee answers and hangs the phone on 3 separate occasions. It’s ok if you’re busy….. just notify the customer who’s willing to pay for your service. No worries though I’ll find another garage in the area.

I didn't have any issues at this location. I can see how some of the attendants may rub some people the wrong way, but didn't bother me. I can't say about the 24 hr since I was there only during business hours. There is only one elevator for all the cars. Getting the car back was breezy. Definitely expensive, but it's the location.

DO NOT PARK HERE!! Poor management and customer service, employees have horrible attitudes and don’t care. They will intentionally make you wait so your time goes over to the next hour and you get charged for it and claim there is nothing they can do. Interesting response from ownership. It’s either an automated response or insensitive and tone deaf. Insulting either way. If they really cared, how about offering to reach out and investigate the situation. Given the number of bad reviews it’s clear they really don’t care about their customers as there has been no effort to fix their clear problems.

Trash, 30 min wait to get your car. Dont even bother. Not the attendants fault but the structure of the building
