Icon Parking Garage

I think this is City Parking now. I dont see any Icon parking garage nearby. So far pleasant experience for us. The entrance might be confusing so slow down. They participate on SpotHero app for convenience. See images for reference.

City Parking - I did prepaid parking, attendant verified it when I checked in, they wanted to charge me again when I went to check out, staff extremely rude, he spoke as if I, the customer work for him. Drove my car very poorly also!! I would not recommend this place.

Very good location, just near Times Square. Prices affordable if you make the reservation on line in advance.

I had $80 in cash in my arm rest box and when I picked up my car it was gone. Of course they denied the fact but they didn’t even check the cameras or inquire the employees.

Scratched my car and tried to find any excuse to deny it was their fault for this. Even though my car was literally sitting next to a pole. I just bought my car last month and didn’t even drive that much. Just avoid this location for good!
