Icon Parking (Near Rock)

Super easy to get to from HH, convenient to all the theaters. Maybe we just got lucky with timing, but the wait was virtually non-existent both coming and going. Very efficient staff. The only downside to being in the middle of the action is the inevitable drive out the one way street that forces you into Times Sq, oh well, still worth it. Cheap price on Spothero and easy to scan in, no problems whatsoever.

Such a fantastic parking experience, it could *not* have been easier. I was nervous about parking coming into the city the weekend of the NYC marathon, but I downloaded the BestParking app and found Icon close to Broadway, booked it for a super reasonable price, found it easily, and spent the day seeing shows! The valets were incredibly friendly as well, which was icing on the cake. I will definitely use Icon again and recommend them to others looking for easy, affordable parking in Manhattan!

would of given them a zero but not possible the extorted us and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid the outrageous amount of money. WE PAID 90$ FOR TWO HOURS!! it was supposed be $59 under two hours so i purposely got there ten minutes early and they tried to ignore me and ended up lying and forcing my to pay $90. the employee on call threatened to call the cops on my meanwhile i could of called the cops on them for fraud. DO NOT COME HERE!!! this is a absolutely outrageous, disgusting, and unacceptable. I highly suggest you do not come here unless you want to get scammed. This guy was a total jerk.

Don’t park here!!! This place is whole of scams. Worst parking experience ever. They charged me $71.39 for 2 and half hours stay. According to the rate list displayed at the pay station, the maximum charge for up to 2 hours is $55.96(including taxes) and for up to 10 hours, it is $66.32 (including taxes). When I asked how come I was charged this higher than the rate, all staffs were being vague, first saying it was because of the tax increase, then saying it was because of the convenience fees, while their rate list were clearly labeled that the convenience fee was included in the tax. When I argued, one staff even told me that I could pay cash if it was too expensive for me, so why would I pay for a service I didn't use? I had a great review. I pulled Wright in. They handed me my keys. I came back. They got me my car. The whole thing took three minutes each time.. I was there for a 2 o’clock matinee. I got there at 11 AM and I left at 6 PM.
