The parking garage did not honor our reservation because they overbooked themselves- This whole fiasco made the day a miserable experience and ruined most of what should’ve been a great day that we planned ahead for! we will NEVER get our *time* back, missed 3 HOURS of our event because we were forced to drive around for hours looking for an open garage that was close enough to accommodate my disabilities. Which I’m not sure how we will be compensated. It is THE WORST experience I’ve ever had visiting NYC as a native NYer
