They don't lock the cars. I came in during the stay to drop some things in the car. Without knowing really who I was they waived me downstairs where I found my driver window open and the key on the dashboard. I locked the car & let them know that I wished it to stay that way. From there he demanded I go unlock it & leave the key on the dash. I refused but I bet the car was unlocked for the rest of the stay. They are NOT an Icon parking location. Not on the Icon website & no markings on who would be responsible when things are missing from your wide open car in an un-secure location. And they overcharged me... Not a lot, they said my car was oversized which it isn't. But the bar was so low and they failed every point.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Be careful with this parking; they are fraudulent. The sign is misleading. We were supposed to pay $64 but ended up paying $124—double the amount. Don’t trust the sign. When I paid in cash, the attendant rudely tossed the money at me while I was looking for more cash. Please do not park here so they understand that they shouldn’t lie or be this disrespectful.

This place advertises as open 24/7 which is an absolute lie. Had car reservation at 5AM, the attendant told me that he can't open the door until 6, hence made me stand there for one hour. This is not 24/7. Don't lie. People make plans based on your lies!!!!
