I had a bathtub facet leak and he came out and fixed it fast, replaced all the parts, and left my bathtub better than it was before. Excellent service from Condy Hammer. Condy is very kind, knowledgeable, and knew just the right solution to the problem. I would recommend his service to others!

We had an emergency leak, and they were kind enough to take my calls in the middle of the night to solve an immediate situation, and Joe was out after some hours to help us with our faucet issue, he did a good job and walked me through what the issues were and was kind enough to give recommendations as well. The price for the isolation test was less than every company in the DFW metroplex except one. The quality of service was wonderful and it was very clear that the owner is a very skilled individual. He found a missing clean out in under a minute. I was surprised by his cost to repair so much that I had to deduct a star from this review. Unlike most people I call between 50-100 companies to figure out the best price possible. The highest three quotes were $21K, $30K, and $40K and this company was among these three. The guy that won the bid came in under $13K and while that’s still a bit high, my time was short considering everything.

My bathroom was flooded at midnight. I called KMP and Mansfield heating and plumbing and no one answered even though their website said 24 hr service. Then I called Icon plumbing and he was quick and responsive. He got to my house 20 mins later and resolved the clog in my pipes quickly. I’m so grateful that Icon picked up the phone🥰🥰
