ICU Home Inspection

As first‑time homebuyers, we found John from ICU Home Inspections through a web search and couldn’t be happier. He was kind, knowledgeable, and completely transparent with his pricing—no hidden fees. The inspection was incredibly thorough, and he shared helpful tips, insights, and recommendations, including excellent referrals for Level 2 specialists. His wife was also wonderful, calling to provide an exact quote and walk us through the process. The entire experience was easy, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. John is truly the best. So kind, thorough, detailed, and helpful. As first time home buyers he gave us a lot of great advice. He also did an AMAZING report and caught so many things that we would have missed. We did all of the add ons and it was worth every penny. Including the sewage scope (which found a 25k problem) and infrared which told us where we need additional insulation and saves us a lot on gas/heat.
