My pool was a mess - all green - I was trying for weeks and couldn't get the chemistry right. I was going away for a week and asked the pool company for a vacation service. They gave me a service plan where they came daily for 3 consecutive days - vacuuming, cleaning, backwashing, adding and adjusting chemicals and my pool is pristine again. They did a great job. Expensive, but worth it - O can now use my pool!

I am a longtime customer ,The Pool Company is an excellent pool service company.The service personnel who do the clean up and maintenance every week are thorough and very good. The office staff is excellent and always responsive, professional, and friendly. A shout out to the office manager Courtney and others in the office, Lilliana and Lynn. Customer for over 10 years and all of a sudden paid heavily for poor workmanship on a new skimmer line. It runs from the far end of the pool unacceptably and incorrectly over the ground for about 40+ feet in length. It should be anywhere from 9 inches to 2 ft below water line in ground if not mistaken. Note they ran my other line years back and was done properly. I assumed they were coming back to dig and properly install but never happened. I Called several times to complain and after consideration was told they would fix it at $200 per hour plus parts but I need to find and pay for someone else to dig the hole. Now that I need a new liner and pool cover I know where not to go!!! Huge disappointment after all the money spent there and referrals. Buyer beware!!!

10 stars across the board. We are new pool owners and had an uphill battle with the pool that came with our new home. The Pool Company, from the owner (Krista) to the other employees (especially Tara!) are responsive and informative, go above and beyond in terms of customer service and results. We are so happy with our new, clean and CLEAR pool!!

The Pool Company is the best pool service company in the area by a wide margin. Their customer service is stellar, and their technical expertise is second to none. If you care about your pool hire them.
