Wow! What a phenomenal experience during a tough time of a flood in the kitchen. From the moment I contacted them, Chad asked all the right questions and got his team on site immediately. John set to work right away, explaining his process in detail and working with the insurance companies so we never wondered what was happening. John and Lincoln did amazing work in the demo phase, again communicating every step of the way and explaining the process from drying, to demo to mold remediation. They cleaned up after every day’s work creating as minimal impact as possible and the empathy expressed was from the heart. These guys care! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Idaho Fire and Flood. What an amazing team. Thank you Chad, John and Lincoln. We appreciate you!

John was a breath of fresh air during our disaster. He was so polite and caring about our situation. He was very thorough as he worked to remove water and dry everything out. You are very lucky to have such a young man representing your company. I would recommend you guys in a heartbeat.

Highly recommend Idaho Fire & Flood Restoration! We had a rental home in Boise where our tenants discovered a large water “bubble” in the kitchen ceiling, which turned out to be a leaking upstairs toilet. Idaho Fire & Flood responded incredibly quickly to stop any further damage. They immediately began water mitigation, and within just a few days the area was completely dried out and ready for repairs. Because we live out of state, communication was especially important. Chad LeRoy, our main contact, kept us updated at every step of the cleanup and repair process. We also experienced delays with our insurance company, but Chad stayed on top of it and helped keep the project moving forward.
