IPM is a great company, I have had the pleasure of working with them for several years. I had them replace my parents kitchen floor recently and they were awesome. It turned into a mitigation due to finding water under the old vinyl, they were super helpful and patient throught the whole process and installed new floor as soon as the mitigation was done. Great team to work with and Bronson is always super helpful.

As a Disaster restoration company we called on IPM when we needed them most. Working with Austin It was great. He got to work on the schedule next day and completed it promptly. From the sheet rock, tape, texture They got it done quickly, and the skill level went above and beyond our customers expectation. I can highly recommend anyone using this company.

I highly recommend Idaho Property Maintenance! They did an excellent job installing my water purifier and drilling the countertop. When a minor concern arose, the manager handled it professionally and resolved it quickly. Great service and very reliable. I’d definitely use them again!

Raving reviews from start to finish! I needed some furniture assembled, couldn’t do myself due to a recent injury. So, I called so many places and they were just rude and off putting. But Chandra answered and was so sweet and took care of me. I use this company all the time and they are always professional, reliable, and easy to work with. All of the employees are great, including Tony, who came out to the site today. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of everything quickly. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and outstanding team!
