Ideal is a great name due to the fact they only give you an idea and not the work. They have destroyed our home leaving trash everywhere and disappeared, haven't seen them in over 4 weeks. All we asked was for our deductible returned, yet the refused. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to do business with this company. You would think that a company this size would easily refund me my deposit due the fact that they did not complete the work.

The worst company to ever exist. Currently fighting to get my damaged items replaced and they will not even return my calls. Jamie sucks Larry is worse. In a time of need they took full advantage. Almost 50,000$$$ to pack up my 2000 sqft home and store it for 6 months. Crooks that’s what they are and I am reporting to BBB. Not sure what else I will do to get justice. If you use them, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I’m extremely frustrated with this company because I can’t get anyone there to call me back and tell me when they’re starting work on my condo. They’ve been paid by my insurance company but they have not started work and it’s been weeks. I would choose a different company.

My insurance company referred me to IDC after a septic leak accrued in my home. IDC responded by phone within 15 minutes of receiving the call and was at my home the same day. The team (Mike, Brandon, and Chase) were all very professional and thorough with addressing all of my concerns and questions. They took great pride in their workmanship and attention to every detail while mitigating my situation and the care of my home.
