We have been working with IDC since c. 2008. Rob and Jason are amazing; Friendly, honest, punctual and very professional! I always recommend them to family and friends. Jason just fixed our 30+ year old furnace for an extremely reasonable price. If you have HVAC needs, these are your guys!

My furnace went out and Rob got a tech out ASAP. Jason, my tech was amazing! He was caring and took the time to educate me. I will never hesitate to ask them again for help! I strongly recommend them!

looks like an install that I did in my trade school. No vent tape at all, no bend in the condensate drain, gets insanely dusty in here and the airflow is just garbage. Things only 2 years old no way it preforms this poorly. Definitely do not choose IDC. Don’t know who did it personally. But they did not send out their best installer that day. Haven’t actually complained about it because I’m renting but good lord if this was my house I definitely wouldn’t be the happiest camper. Also that plumbers tape that holds up the exhaust vent is a joke, like why even put it there man.

Long story short: This company has friendly, honest professionals. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends and family. Short story long: I got a new AC unit last year, which unfortunately stopped working last week. IDC sent over Greg to take a look and he was fantastic. He got everything up and running again in no time and I honestly can't thank him enough. Huge shout outs to Greg and the whole team at IDC! You guys are absolute life savers! Many thanks :)
