Jeremy responded promptly to request for residential installation and repair services including repair of two exterior outlets including the installation of weather proof covers; installation of a new kitchen appliance outlet; and installation of a panel mounted surge protector. Jeremy was friendly and professional. He arrived on time as scheduled, clearly explained his repair recommendations and cleaned up his work area. We had Ideal Electric come in to add an outlet and install an above range microwave. Jeremy stopped in to look at the job and give us an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and an appointment was scheduled. On the install day, Julian was on time and professional. He introduced himself and got right to work.
