True you do have to leave a message or 2 before Andy (the owner) calls you back- sometime it takes 1 to 2 business days for him to get back to you. I have a great experience working with Andy… he was on time to do the estimate and provided me the pricing right away- a few places I have to wait up to a week for an estimate email to me and 2 contractors didn’t bother to contact me afterwards. Ideal Fence did a great job putting on my fence and it turns out just as we discussed.

They did my fence about 9 years ago. It's holding strong until this very day with no issues. I had a issue with a spot my dog was escaping from and someone came and welded a bracket with out asking for more money. I wasn't into reviews 9 years ago so here I am paying it forward today.

I have used this company several times (4 now) for fencing repair. With the high winds in my area and an older fence we have had to replace a couple sections over the past three years and Andy has done me well each time with no complaints and not over charging. When I first moved into the house I used another company in Lancaster who way over charged me for repair but Andy has priced all his repairs very fair in my option and has fixed the sections with no issues. I would recommend for repairs with no hesitation.

On /825/20 Andy ideal fence owner did show on time. He was very polite along with his partner. They did extremely nice job and cleaned up after themselves. My neighbor wants them to do work for him. I definitely recommend them to other people.

Had a wonderful experience with Andy and his team!! Came out quickly for an estimate, had my fence put in a few weeks later and looks GREAT!! Had a few other companies come out for estimates and Andy @ Ideal Fence had the best price by a long shot!!! Would definitely reccomend and use again for any future needs. Thanks again Andy!!
