We hired Ideal Kitchens to do a counter upgrade, sinks and faucets in our home. Steve was very responsive and came to the house promptly and issued a fair quote for the job. His in house carpenters were top notch and very professional, they paid attention to the details and were not in a rush to finish the prep work for the counters. They cleaned up and were very courteous. Linda was fantastic, and she called multiple times throughout the process to ensure everything was on track. The stone installers were also fantastic and professional. Linda sent up a few of their crew to help move our large stove out of the way while they installed the large piece of stone, while they waited they even helped my wife bring in the groceries! Steve's team at Ideal Kitchens did a complete kitchen remodel project for us in 5 weeks. They removed and replaced everything: cabinets, counter tops, sink, appliances, wall covering, plumbing, electrical, and flooring. Everything was done cleanly, accurately, and professionally. Linda communicated daily and kept us well informed about the schedule. We were blessed with people who took great care to do the work as if they were working in their own homes. I would not go anywhere else for such a large job. We are extremely happy and enjoy our kitchen immensely.

We had our kitchen counters redone through Ideal Kitchens, a huge step towards our kitchen remodel. We originally bought a home that used what can only be described as bathroom tile as countertops and backsplash (unfinished). Carol coordinated with us and we set up appointments to pick new quartz (so many options), a sink, and schedule installation over 3 weeks and establish a payment plan. We couldn’t be happier with the work of the carpenters, counter fitters, and flexibility to pick and choose what services we wanted to use!

We decided to check our local improvements companies. We did a complete kitchen remodel. Steve was very professional and helped guide us along our journey. I can't say enough about our contractor Troy, he always showed up on time (pretty early) and consulted me whenever there was a question. He was patient with me, always professional and him and his crew cleaned up every time they left my house. They worked everyday for 2 weeks to get it done and we can't be any happier. What a fabulous transformation!
