Mike is amazing! He came out on a Sunday to repair our dryer that went out suddenly! He also explained what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Part was under warranty as well! I will definitely call iDealService for my future appliance repairs!

I have a 30-year-old Kenmore clothes dryer that used to squeal loudly and left the clothes wet at the end of drying cycle. Now the dryer tumbles quietly and dries clothes efficiently on one cycle. Making an appointment online was a smooth process. Mike T. performed diagnostic and repairs within a few days, even having to order parts. The repairs took about 2 hours with Mike showing me what was being repaired and why. I was treated with respect and courtesy.

Wonderful company! They came out same day to look at my washer ordered the part and came back as soon as the part came in! Year warranty on part and labor! Well prices! The guy who came out was so so friendly!!! 10/10 definitely recommend!

This was for a Subzero fridge repair. Booked them online late one night. They came out the next morning. Mike was very professional. He fixed the issue right away. I would recommend them.
