iDesign Granite

Working with iDesign Granite was an excellent experience from start-to-finish! Justin, our project manager, guided us through every step of the process of selecting and installing our new soapstone countertop. We've been in our home for 40 years so we were ready for a kitchen update. We did our research and felt sure we wanted soapstone. We were able to see and feel countertop options in their showroom, and Justin made the process straightforward by having samples ready to show. Justin communicated regularly, clearly, and kindly at every turn. Ishmael measured the template (fascinating process), taking every variable into consideration. I had IDesign replace our granite kitchen countertops with a beautiful Quartz countertop. Our original granite was to dark for the space and the new Quartz really brightened up the space. We also had them install a new master bath vanity countertop and sinks as well. They did a great job doing both tops. I will be having them back to do our hall bath soon.

The folks at iDesign Granite did an excellent job! From Justin's patience during the stone selection process, to his flexibility in scheduling, he made the process very smooth. The folks who did the measurements, cutting and polishing, and final installation of the vanity top did an outstanding job!

From Walking into the iDesign office to the completed install was awesome! Let me start off by saying that we did other quotes with surrounding companies and with Home Depot and Lowe's. The customer service and pricing here was perfect for my family. Working with Justin and how he made us feel comfortable with the whole process was awesome. We went with our own sink and faucet set up, they have options there! which is great for those that aren't picky like me. Lol. Overall the professionalism and customer service sold us. *Update to 4 stars the owner came out to inspect the job and is willing to fix any issues. As noted below, disappointed with the original install, but at least they are willing to put in extra work to fix it. We went to 5 places and iDesign was the most expensive, we still decided to go with them as they had the best reviews. iDesign supposedly uses CNC, but obviously some of the cuts edge work is done by hand and inconsistent/not straight, particularly at the two sinks. I am very disappointed in how the areas where it meets the cabinet face frame fit (see different locations in the photos), and the fact that they rounded them. I had to have them come fix an area that wasn't fully cut out for a refrigerator panel and they basically just gouged a section of the countertop. I went with
