I own a Rockwell Home and after just a few months rolls appeared all over my carpet. I decided to not put a warranty in because it wasn’t that bad, but just after the year mark it got way worse. I’m pretty disappointed

I had carpet installed and it was an excellent experience. Because the prices were way lower than big box stores I was able to upgrade both the carpet and the pad and still pay less.

Our initial warranty experience was slow and at 1st we began to get real frustrated by the communication, however DJ was very professional anytime we spoke and he assured us everything would be taken care of. At the end of the day, the manufacturer was the one dragging their feet, and installer direct was just a middle man. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. The floors look amazing! The crew that did the job was extremely considerate and professional as well. They always made sure we were comfortable while they were working. I will certainly consider installer direct for every floor installation project moving forward.

I really like the floor I picked out. But the installation is subpar. There are quite large spaces between Some of the tiles. It will let moisture and dirt to get under the flooring
