IDI Boise is always working to make sure I’ve got what I need to make my insulation business keep running smooth. I’ve worked with 2 different IDI locations….both great but Boise is the best. The general manager Brad ran a hose to one of my jobs when I was in a bind. Kevin has researched plenty of weird product requests for me. Inventory questions…..etc. always a call or text away. I can’t think of a situation where they didn’t go above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Excellent communication , very responsive service, and just generally nice folks. IDI of Boise is the best one stop shop for all your insulation needs in the Treasure Valley! Brad and Kevin have been a huge help in supplying us with high quality insulation supplies. They’ve helped us get our hands on unique products and it wouldn’t have been possible without their help. Aj and Matt have been great with helping load our rigs daily and helping us get materials to job sites that are outside the Valley. We couldn’t say enough with how well IDI Boise has helped our business grow and keeping the Treasure Valley insulated!
