I can’t say enough good things about the entire team at IDI Distributors Pittsburgh—from outside sales to warehouse support and delivery drivers. Everyone is professional, accommodating, and genuinely committed to customer service. They’ve gone above and beyond my expectations with competitive pricing, excellent service, and consistent follow-through on every promise.

Don’t come here thinking it’s FCFS. It will say 7am-3pm on paper . They will not unload you unless you come 7-9am. Brian and Kyle are the worst people working there i have ever seen in my entire life. Rude, disrespectful, bad attitude. Just not professional at all. Came 1:45pm and they refused to unload me just because they didn’t want too. Even tho call was made before to make sure .Made me wait 17hours+. Don’t ever come here and deliver for these people. Management needs improvement. Make sure you make an appointment and call them to make sure. They will change their mind . Good luck drivers don’t waste your time coming here.

IDI is easy to work with and is willing to stock my commonly used items to help with lead times. Kyle (my sales POC) is quick to respond to requests and goes out of his way to support our mission. Robert (our delivery POC) is always punctual and is an extremely nice guy. If you are looking for insulation products in the Pittsburgh area, I would suggest giving them a call.

Much better pricing than HD or Lowe’s. Easy to work with for my fairly small DiY project
