It is easy to understand why this business has so many loyal customers. I am a relatively new customer and on Wednesday 1/21/2026 my furnace failed. Discovered around 6 AM, called emergency service number and a service tech showed up prior to noon. As I was aware, my furnace was around 30 years old with parts almost impossible to find. Opted for a new furnace which was installed around noon the next day. With temperature forecasts in the single digits was greatly relieved. Priced very fair and exceptional service. My go to HVAC company heretofore.

E-mailed Pgh Comfort Tech on Saturday regarding issue with furnace. It wasn’t an emergency so they came out first thing Monday. Quick, efficient diagnosis of the problem. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and had everything up and running in about 20 minutes. Made a couple of helpful suggestions. I’ve used them for air conditioner issues as well and they never try to upsell to make more money. They will always be my first call for HVAC.

AVOID this company!!! Our restaurant freezer went down LAST month!! It is still down. PCT firstly delayed our service call due to $300 outstanding. Even though this was an emergency!! We sorted out payment. They sent 4 different guys, about 6 visits, said after day 1, should be okay for a year, that year lasted 17 hours. Since then, they have ignored my phone calls and have not visited in 2 weeks! We have thrown away $1000's of food after they kept saying when it would be fixed. Now we have had to get someone else in, who immediately spotted issues with the King Valve, whatever that is. I would expect a professional company to have found this issue. I will be contacting the BBB too, absolutely disgraceful service

So grateful we were recommended PCT. I was worried our furnace was irreparable or that whoever would come out would say it was. Mark swung by the house not even two hours after my call and was able to diagnose, provide a quote, and order the needed part with a suspected timeframe of noon the next day. By 11:30 the next morning Dan arrived to our home and within 30 minutes we had heat. Honest, straight forward pricing. Pleasant polite technicians. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much more comfortable!

Jeff, I can't say enough good things about your company. Your technicians are extremely professional polite they clean up when the job is complete. Anytime I have called whether it was for the air conditioner or the furnace you called me back immediately and within 24 hours you were here to fix the problem.
