I drive a 53 ft van with sleeper and to get it on the dock was tricky. It is a business complex and there was box trucks and cars parked and moving everywhere not to mention the garbage trucks. My appointment was for 8am but I arrived at 7am. One of the box truck drivers told me to pull in the door to the left of the ramp and the guy unloading me arrived at 7:30am. Around 8am he started unloading me and finished around 9:19am. People that work there are very nice. Only issue was moving around to get in and out plus the tight backing area. Definitely suggest going early and getting on the door before everyone starts arriving. Also there is a business half way down the complex that parks box trucks across from the dock doors and when they get a 53 ft sleeper in no trucks can get by. I had t

We have been doing business with John and Manny for almost a year now. Their overall company, this particular office, is top notch. Being a business owner, I can honestly say that we would be more than ecstatic to have either one of them working for us because they are punctual, prompt, and always have a solution if we run into a problem. These guys are 100% top shelf professionals. From sales to the warehouse to the delivery guys all are grade A. They are very accommodating and flexible to help meet anyone schedule. They also do a fantastic job keeping all materials stocked.
