IDI: Insulation Distributors Inc.

I purchased insulation from IDI - Distributors in Theodore. The staff was very good to work with. Their warehouse was clean and the products are kept in excellent condition. I found IDI because the big box stores in the Mobile area did not have in stock what I needed. IDI prices were significantly better than the other stores. I highly recommend IDI Distributors.

This used to be a good company to do business with. Unfortunately as this company grew it has went down hill dramatically. Customer care is a thing of the past, prices have gotten way out of line and their corporate people have become difficult to deal with. It’s ashamed to see a company go down like this. Sure it won’t be long till the few remaining good employees get forced to leave.

Chip is a great representative! He always makes himself available day or night for our company. Chip is very knowledgeable and informative. He is always super friendly and helpful. He always goes above and beyond to do what he can to make our life easier.

Worked with these guys for a couple years now and always good people to work with.
