Bought a house that these guys 'serviced' before purchase. They somehow missed that the heat exchanger is cracked and the heat doesn't work. That was their 'Precision tune Up'. Avoid this company.

iDove installed a new heat pump and air handler in our home. Denny, the technician, had repaired my parents HVAC system and they were impressed with the service. Denny came out and looked at the system and provided an estimate. I called Denny a few weeks later on a Thursday and he put the unit in on Monday. After the installation he showed us how to use the new thermostat and provided all the information we needed to submit the warranty. Denny was professional, friendly, and timely. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

After calling several companies, a friend recommended IDove. The technician was finishing another job in my area and came by immediately. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about my HVAC issue. He was able to diagnose the issue, make the necessary repairs, and gave a very thorough analysis for future maintenance. He never tried to sell me anything that I didn’t need. I got much more than I expected for a lot less than I expected. Thanks!!!!

When the guy came to my house he was already fretting because there was a crawl space. Then he goes out there to see there is a fuse blown and states he doesn't know how to get that type of part. States that he is going to go back to the office and see about ordering the part and I would hear from him within 24 hours. I got no response and I had to follow up the following day with my home warranty company who stated they have not heard from him either. they sent another company out today the company fixed my heat within 10 minutes. So I had to go an entire week without heat because this company could not do their job right.

I would like to recommend this company IDove as a # 1 company because they are all about there service and business, I found out about them through a good friend and he was right! the technician that come to my home too check my air conditioning found the problem explained the trouble to me and was very sincere on what was going on, and he assured me that the problem could B fixed; and he fixed it and now my air conditioning works better than new!
