I.F. Ductless

IF Ductless stands by the products they install. We haven't had an issues with any of our mini splits but recently the one we use the most had a fluke of an issue around the holidays. IF Ductless being a local company had someone come and troubleshoot it the day it happened even though it was right near Christmas. The parts came in and they got it installed shortly after. IF Ductless is a Idaho Falls company, with Idaho Falls prices. The quotes I got from the big name companies was insane compared to IF Duct when I was looking for a quotes for the initial install. Not only that but I had an idea to hid most of the tubing for the mini splits. My experience replacing both a furnace and and AC Unit with Ductless was so positive. Despite cold weather and unexpected hurdles in the process, Brian and his team stayed late and ensured the job got done to an A+ standard. When something on the unit didn't work, they returned, fixed it, educated me about registering the products for warranties and set me up to have success in the years ahead. They are not only kind and professional but prompt but aware of the details to make jobs like this go exceptionally well. Highly recommend!

I've gone through I.F. Ductless twice. They installed a new furnace and AC unit in my rental and also in my home. Not only are they very affordable they don't try to upsell you. I shopped around a few places and I never felt like the other businesses were honest with me but these guys were! They were very professional installed everything in a timely manner and I can tell they care about the quality of work. I highly recommend!

I had a very short timeframe to get everything done. Brian was able to fit me into my schedule and coordinate his team to provide me with the radiant floor heating I needed in my shop. He did great at answering my questions and making sure I was taken care of. Very happy. With the results too.
