DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave zero I would. We were shorted 3-4 inches of insulation in our attic. Lucas came to look at our attic and blamed it on a derecho. I watched him as he measured various spots in attic and all measured 12 to 13 inches; supposed to be 16. We didn’t have a derecho here. Also how does a derecho remove that much insulation evenly through out the attic? There was no evidence of insulation outside of our house. Since we discovered this two weeks after our one year warranty expired he said they would come back but they would charge for this. So he wanted us to give them more money to get what we should have received originally. He finally said he would talk to the owner and get back to us and now Lucas is ghosting us! Terrible business!

I contacted Iowa-Illinois Taylor Insulation three times requesting help on water damage from a recent rain storm. Each time they mentioned they'd return my call to come out to the property for a quote/inspection. I never got a call back. Very frustrating as this took about a week with standing water in my home.

Made a total of 5 phone calls to get a quote. Was told by 2 different people I would have a quote emailed to by "x". Quote never showed up and apparently customer service isn't a priority for them. Sad part is they did a great job for me a few years ago and had no issues then.

Jim and his crew did a fantastic job on removing lead/asbestos from a home remodel we are working on for a customer. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
