I purchased a new garage door. Tim came out saw the damage to the old door, I ordered a new one, next day at 8:00 a.m. he and his crew was here finished in one hour. Cleaned up and was gone. I love this Company, reasonable price, friendly service and cleaned up fast.

Don’t call anyone else! Had a door that needed repair. They came to my MIL house in 15 minutes. Repaired in under 30 minutes. They are the best.

Tom and Carter listened to me as I explained the problem with my garage door. Both worked quickly and efficiently to fix the many issues with the door. Thank you.

A huge shout out to Chris at Illini Overhead Door! The spring on my garage door broke this morning and Chris returned my call right away and came out SAME DAY and fixed the issue. He was prompt, polite, cheerful and professional. I highly recommend him. Thank you again, Chris.

Had appointment set up for a Monday morning. My daughter ended up breaking a bone and I had to go to a Dr appointment for her. I called the owner and explained to him I won’t be home but if he is ok with it then I am ok with them doing the job while I’m not there, as I’d be home before they are done. He told me that’s perfectly ok and they would be there when I arrived. They didn’t show up nor did they answer or return my phone call wondering why they didn’t show up to do the job they were scheduled to do. Horrendous communication by the owner. I’ll be letting whomever know about this situation that is wanting garage door repair done.
