Buyer beware - Be careful to check the item number with the price tag. I mistakenly picked up an impact driver set that was put under the wrong price tag. I also had another item and paid for everything during checkout. When I got home I started to open the impact driver set and glanced at the receipt at the same time and noticed that the set that I thought was $23.99 was $37.99. I immediately stopped opening the the set. I didn't even remove the set from the packaging. I immediately returned the set to the store and talked to the same guy that checked me out. After looking at how the set was displayed he agreed that it was confusing. He said he had to talk to the manager since it was opened. The manager came down and said she would allow me to return the set but would charge a 20% restock

Always love this store go in for a specialty item... an hour later leaving with everything I needed and more. Great clean place. Fun to see all the cool stuff they have!

This is a great small-town hardware store. The staff is friendly, well-informed, and more concerned with being honest and helpful than just making a sale. This is the perfect place to find what you need whether you're greenhorn or an experienced DIY person.

They don't honor their online prices. They will not ask your permission to cancel your order if they think the price is too cheap. They will like to you about why they canceled and returned your item, and then will change the price online and tell you that you have to reorder your item.
