We’ve had two jobs done by them - both of them disastrous. I would stay far away from this business! We had the carpets on the main floor of our house redone by them. They were friendly and responsive at first. Upon installation we had numerous tiles in our house chipped and damaged (see photos). We called and called and spoke with “Khan” to have this fixed but it’s been 4 months and still no solution. Then, there was some flooding that happened in our area about a month after the installation job. We called them again to dry carpeting in our basement as we were hosting guests from out of town for a wedding in the family. They came and left their machines to dry the carpet downstairs. Well, not really, because one of the machines wasn’t working properly and it was leaking all over the

They replaced my basement carpet last week after my basement flooded. Gave me a quick and fair quote. These guys value their job, are professional, and their work is quality. Will definitely use them again in the future!
